“‘His Sacred Chest’ is created entirely in plaster, each element shaped and carved by hand in prayerful reflection of the Sacred Heart of Jesus adorned within the garment that rests upon His Chest. The drapery symbolises the garment of Christ resting across His shoulder, a reminder of His humility and sacrifice. In the midst of His divine Garment, the Sacred Heart of Jesus is revealed, crowned with thorns, radiating both His suffering and infinite love that is poured out for us. ”
